Stone-milled from Red Spring Wheat grown in Lac St-Jean, Quebec, this flour is prized for its high protein content and rich, nutty flavour. Compared to white flour, it produces heartier baked goods with more depth and character, making it an excellent choice for artisan breads, pizza dough, buns, and homemade pasta.

This sifted version is a great introduction to stone-milled flour. Only about 10% of the larger bran particles are removed, resulting in a slightly softer texture that's easier to work with while still retaining the nutrients, flavour, and goodness of whole grain flour.
