Crafted from locally produced Frontenac Noir wine from Vankleek Hill Winery, this small-batch red wine vinegar captures the character of one of Eastern Ontario's signature cold-hardy grapes. Traditionally fermented over three weeks, it develops a rich, deep red colour and complex flavour profile with notes of blackberry, dark cherry, and ripe black fruit.

Bold yet balanced, this vinegar shines in hearty salads, especially those featuring cheese or creamy dressings. It's equally at home in marinades for red meats, roasted vegetables, or lentil-based dishes, adding depth and brightness to every bite.
