Description: A local favourite, Valleyfield-style pork is a flavourful, bacon-like cut that’s delicious fried until golden and crisp. Enjoy it with breakfast, in sandwiches or anywhere you’d normally use bacon. It comes from Houle Farm, a multigenerational family farm certified organic for the grains it grows.

The pigs are free-range and raised according to organic standards on certified organic, non-GMO feed, without hormones, steroids or antibiotics. It is processed locally at a provincially licensed facility, then vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve its freshness and quality.
