Grown high in the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, El Guaya’B coffee comes from a cooperative of more than 600 smallholder Indigenous farming families who combine generations of traditional knowledge with sustainable organic farming practices. Rooted in the Mayan principle of mutual aid, the cooperative supports its members through training, micro-financing, environmental stewardship, and community programs that help strengthen local families and livelihoods.

This exceptional high-altitude coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, producing a smooth, buttery cup with notes of passion fruit, cashew butter, and dark chocolate. Certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Smithsonian Bird Friendly, it reflects a deep commitment to both quality and sustainability from farm to cup.
